The story of Madam Niça is not only it's location,also friendliness, delicious food, feeling of welcoming  guests in the hall of their house!
The story of Madam Niça began in Bozcaada in 2016. The winery of a Greek woman named Dominica Yusufiz from Bozcaada, the home of our founders Oya Terzioğlu & Saada Delen
he found life again in his ownership.

We research the most delicious recipes of various food cultures that have passed through the lands we live in with the inspiration we get from nature and welcome our guests at home table temperature with the best ingredients.

Fed from the roots, we offer the unique tastes of ekallet cuisine at Madame Niça tables.
