Madame Niça Bozcaada offers Aegean and island cuisine; purslane salad with peach and artichoke hearts, seafood beet noodles prepared from ancestral Nallıhan wheat, cheese muska pastry made with baklava dough and served with pepper jam, grilled goat cheese with vine leaves that we bought from the region and accompanied with raki and melon.

In Istanbul Madame Niça, on the other hand, there are more tastes of Ekallyet migration cuisine; We have put wonderful Armenian and Greek appetizers in our appetizers.
